day one hundred and fifty seven, essie sag harbor

don't forget to enter my giveaway where you can win TEN bottles of nail polish!!!

today we have the beautifully love sag harbor from the essie north forks collection. i never managed to pick up the rest of the collection (2 other polishes), this was the standout to me. it's a really pretty greyed light blue with a subtle shimmer. it's really pretty, it's almost a neutral. i mean it's not really a neutral since it's not nude or flesh but it's just really pretty and can go with anything!

there have been a rash of new bloggers stealing images from other blogs and using it as their own so i've started to watermark mine, hopefully it won't be too intrusive!

nikki that's so sweet!! i still feel like my nails are a mess compared to some other bloggers. well it helps that i try to only show my left hand which gets painted the best since i'm a righty..my right hand can be dicey sometimes. usually i take a cotton pad (like the ones you use to take off makeup) and pour nail polish remover on it and use the edges of the circley pad to remove all the bits that are left behind. but sometimes i remove too far and i have to take all the polish off and start again!

it definitely helps doing this blog, it has forced me to get better...my right hand is still a mess!

Beautiful colour! I bet it would look gorgeous with a matte topcoat.
