day one hundred and forty, china glaze draped in velvet

alright. so here's a goody from china glaze. i have no idea what collection it comes from or even how old it is because i found it on ebay and the polish bottle colour looked intriguing so i bought it! i rarely talk about polish applications because usually i don't have problems (but if i do, i always mention them) but this polish made me bonkers. but it wasn't the polish, it was me!! it was like...i was just destined to NOT wear nail polish today so the universe needed to mess up my manicure constantly. i had to redo 6 fingers because i smudged them and then i had to redo my left thumb 4 times because i couldn't stop touching things and destroying the polish before it was dry. it was just one of those days!!

but despite all that i managed to emerge victorious from the polish war and have this awesome colour to show you! it's a really interesting one, it's basically right on the line where pink becomes purple. totally unique and awesome, i'm really liking it!!! you could probably make it a lighter less purpley colour if you didn't do 3 coats but i am addicted to my 3 coats, i can't help it! i just think this colour is really pretty and totally unlike anything i've ever worn!!
