day two hundred and nineteen, milani purple passion

i'm trying out the new blogger this post might look a bit wonky!

anyway, today we have the looooovely purple passion by milani. truthfully you're going to need to ask someone who lives in america for details about this brand because i bought this colour in feb 2009 and used it for a franken (that was a disaster...never again ! hah) and never actually wore it until now. and it's actually really pretty!! but i cannot tell you cost...i bought it at a CVS in bexley, ohio. that's all i know! it's a really lovely medium purple, a bit frosty on the finish but not in a gross brushstroke-y way! the first picture is extremely colour accurate, so ignore the blue-esque looking colour!

i *think* milani is available in most US drugstores...i really couldn't tell you! i will definitely be picking up more from this brand when i return to the states in july!

Milani has a lot of great products. If you find Milani Totally Cool...get it!!!!

How easy it is to find Milani depends a lot on where you live - for example, in New Mexico, where my in laws live, it's everywhere - Target, CVS, you name it. Here in Colorado it's pratically unobtanium - only certain select Walgreens stock it and they never have any of the limited editions or seasonal stuff.

So I stock up when I'm in NM :). I'll have to keep an eye out for this one next time I'm down there. I have Milani Totally Cool on my toes right now, and I also LOVE Bolting Blue. It's probably a good thing it's not so easy to find here :).
