day ninety five, misa rust
50 followers!!! how exciting! and steve (boyfriend) said no one would read my blog because i don't use proper capitalisation. take that! (yeah. i don't use lowercase for stylistic reasons...more because i'm lazy and don't need to capitalise!)
alright. this is kind of sad, this is the second misa polish in a row i haven't been fanatically crazy about. but i guess that's fair because i've been soooo happy with the rest. this is also another case of weird polish names. this one is called rust...and it doesn't remind me of rust in the least!!! it's a champagne-y frost polish. i don't own many frost finish polishes, i find them to be annoying for the most part. most frost finish polishes show really obvious brushstrokes and tend to veer on the delicate side. and for someone as accident prone and all over the place as me...we (frosts and me!) just don't get along. so...yeah. this is fine. not amazing or spectacular. it's not awful, i don't hate it...i'm just...okay with it. it can be my acquaintance polish. but not my best friend?
i do have some polish winging its way towards me from the united states that is a good layering polish and if i were to use anything under it...frosts definitely come to mind. it would hide the brushstrokes and make colours like this more exciting and interesting!
(ps - you might have noticed my nails are short again...one broke so i made them all short and i'm trying to get them back to their former length now. takes about 2 weeks to get [what i consider] long nails)

What a neat color; I like it!
Cool color, but NOT RUST!! I'm with you on frosts too; I have next to none in my stash.
Very pretty!! I'm not seeing rust?
PS I tagged you on my blog. :) I really love the dedication you have shown and posted about you. :)
Rust? No. Dust? Maybe.
Frosts. Name me one person who can apply them without showing a load of brushstrokes - as I thought, nobody!
Not for me at all.
i totally agree jaljen. i bought this one sight unseen...which doesn't always work in my favour, like here! sometimes i end up with awesome gems...but sometimes you get a dud. still worth showcasing!
