day two hundred and twenty five, ginger + liz tough luxe
okay. i know i can't stop gushing about how AMAZING ginger + liz are...but i hope you all know i wouldn't be so fangirl if it wasn't so amazing. it really is THAT GOOD! tough luxe is like...the super cool glammed out sister of bb couture grenade. it's the same principle, green with a gold shimmer except this is a polish for women so it's glam and shiny and shimmery to the max. it's a gorgeous green and not only does it have gold shimmer but it's almost a multicolour iridescent shimmer. it will catch like a rainbow, almost like a holographic polish but definitely not. it's really hard to describe but please trust that it is a MUST for every collection!! i can't stop staring at it. also this is more of a khaki/olive green over the deep grass green from bb couture.

Love the colour!
Very pretty indeed! It looks a lot like Diamond Cosmetics Never So Evergreen, makes me sad that I didn't order the Diamond Cosmetics one when I had the chance (I'm in Sweden and the website doesn't ship overseas), oh well, at least I have pictures to look at. :)
actually the gold in this one is MUCH stronger and the green is more khaki/olive than evergreen. they're way different on the nail! i'll find my never so evergreen and swatch it sometime!
Glad to hear they are different, Ginger & Liz is manufactured by DC & I felt I was duped finding that out after buying this one and another G&L to learn that DC had dupes for their colors. I ordered Never so Ever Green and a few other DC's, but they still haven't made it here - going on 4 weeks and no response to my email! Grrrr!
Ew! That would piss me off too! It is after midnight in London so I have to go to sleep so I can be coherent in the morning but if I will set a reminder to swatch both tomorrow on the same hand just to be sure! Promise!!
I have the BB Couture version. This is nice also but it looks the same to me. Guess I'd have to see them together.
