hmph, my camera did not want to take a picture of this accurately but it's a very nice, true red. sort of a candy apple red. i bought it many years ago....so i don't know if this exact colour is still available but the formula was nice. not amazing and fantastic...but not bad either. but i'd probably find a great red from diamond cosmetics as the formula tends to be better and the price is great. so...basically it's a nice polish and a great LBD red...but is it the best red i've ever used? nah

jo, thank you! i do like the colour, it's way more red and bright than it looks here! i would say my two favourite reds of all time is a toss up between diamond cosmetics 'cherry tobacco' and zoya 'blair' but i think my favourite variety of red brand is lippmann. she has like 12 different shades of red and none of them are dupes and they're each SO different and gorgeous. i'm trying to collect them all! and i just think the formula of the other brands is better than the max factor!
I don't ownn any Max Factor polishes. I didn't realize your nails were long. Then I read about your breaks. So sorry. The good things is they always grow back. This is a nice red.
